Lemont Park District Junior Golf Programs
The Lemont Park District and Cog Hill will again partner in a strong program to promote junior golf. This program will include instruction by PGA Professional Trey VanDyke along with Cog Hill Golf Club teaching staff. The program will cover the fundamentals of golf including long game, short game, and etiquette. Non-residents are welcome and follow the same fee schedule.

*Please bring a 7-iron to the first class at Cog Hill's driving range. Cog Hill will provide clubs and complimentary golf balls for each student in the camp. Sandals and flip flops are not recommended.
**No rain outs due to overhead shelters and no make-up dates. Parents are not allowed to sit in on lessons.

The First Tee is a youth development initiative of the World Golf Foundation and is supported by the leading organizations in golf including the Masters Tournament, LPGA, PGA of America, PGA TOUR and United States Golf Association. There are nearly 200 chapters of The First Tee located throughout the country and in five international locations. The First Tee of Greater Chicago chapter is a charitable foundation dedicated to teaching the golf and life skills curriculum to young people.
The First Tee of Greater Chicago strives to instill in participants The First Tee Nine Core Values - honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgment. Young people who become members of The First Tee of Greater Chicago enjoy a variety of opportunities to learn life skills that can help them grow as individuals and prepare for the future.
